Naja WWM ist schon seit Jahren Bestandteil von Rtl und dies wird sich auch so schnell nicht ändern.

Ich finde es viel besser , dass DD jetzt nicht mehr die Sommerlücke füllt und während der Seasontime ausgestrahlt wird.

Was die trailer angeht , denke ich , werden wir uns noch eine Weile gedulden müssen.
Wenn ich mich nicht falsch erinnere , wurden die Trailer zur 2ten Staffel irgendwann im Juli ausgestrahlt.
Mal sehen.

My question is : Who is Jacob Weigert? Will he apper in Doctor's Diary? In youtube i can see videos which he appers with people of Doctor's Diary!

Jacob is another german actor - famous for a dialy soap that's currently running on German TV "Anna und die Liebe". I don't know which video you are referring to, but my best guess is that it's just a fan video combining favourite actors/shows. Jacob isn't going to appear in the new Doctor's Diary season.

RTL chanced the airdate, the first and second season were aired on Spring.

Well, Doctor's Diary is one of the famous Series in Germany and won a lot of awards.
Im sorry, but I think you wont find any Videos in English, because Doctor's Diary and this Genre ( Kind of Series , the
combination of Drama and Comedy) is not appealing for the Us market. The competition is really huge and there are a lot of Series like
Doctor's Diary, so it woudnt work, but in Germany its really unique.

The other Series ist just made for the German Tv, so there is no possibilety to find Videos with English translations.

When will Doctor's Diary be the Premiere ? I know on January, but exactly when? Because in spain will be the 3rd of january and I am surprised ! How is it possible ?

In Austria the premiere of the 3rd season is on 3rd January too.
In Germany it starts on 5th January because there was no place in their time schedule to show it on 3rd January as well.
