Scoops: Are we going to see happy moments for ‘Grey’s Anatomy’s‘ Cristina and Owen? – bam9227 via Twitter When ‘Grey’s’ returns on January 14, things are focused on Mark, Addison and the latest ‘Private Practice‘ crossover, but I’m hearing there still is juicy stuff for Cristina and Owen. I just wouldn’t necessarily qualify it as “happy.” One thing’s for sure: Any bumps to come will not be courtesy of Jackson the Kissing Bandit. In fact, his portrayer would like some props from Owenstina fans. “They should be embracing me, because I helped to re-kick-start what they know and love,” Jesse Williams says with a wink. Then again, should Owen learn about Jackson’s stolen smooch, even Kevin McKidd has said that things could get “ugly.” Williams says that reveal thus far “hasn’t been broached, but I’d be really surprised if it isn’t. Even if Jackson brings it up to create some brief tension.” Bad! http://www.fancast.com/blogs/how-i-met-y...si-ny-and-more/
Some are saying that Meredith will sleep with Alex on Grey's Anatomy. Please tell me it isn't true. I'm freaking out! — Kate ADAM: First off, we're not going to identify Alex's hookup, but we will help narrow down the list of candidates. Take a deep breath, Kate: Everything's going to be fine. Meredith and Derek's marriage by Post-It will not be torn asunder. Callie's eye won't be wandering back toward the men's side of the locker room either. "Callie and Arizona get a little sexy soon," says Jessica Capshaw, who plays Arizona. "We see a little girl-on-girl action. America was asking for it and America got it." http://www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-Sc...9.aspx?rss=news
Question: Stop beating around the bush about Mark and Addison. What exactly goes on between them during the Grey’s Anatomy/Private Practice crossover next month? —Carrie Ausiello: Ever heard of the phrase, “Knocking boots ’til the cows come home?”
Question: Can we get some Mark and Lexie scoop? Seriously, we’ve heard everything about everyone on Grey’s except them. —Sophie Ausiello: Ever heard of the phrase, “Deep doo-doo?” That’s pretty much where their relationship is headed. Let’s just say Mark may not be the only one doing a little two-timing in the Jan. 21 crossover. http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/2009/12/09/a...4-greys-castle/
Scoop von Fancast: Your ‘Grey’s’ scoop from last week has me depressed, Matt. I was hoping for more Jackson/Cristina hotness in the new year. Is Jackson permanently out of the picture? – Ashley Well, never say never. When I asked Jesse Williams specifically if Cristina and Owen being back on track means we’ve seen the first and last lip lock ‘tween her and Jackson, he teased, “I don’t know that both cant be true, that they’re mutually exclusive.” Hmm. I then sought out his thoughts on exactly why the bad boy of Mercy West went in for the kiss. His take: “It has to do with a real admiration, respect and attraction to her personality, aside from her being physically attractive.” All bets were then off when Yang pulled off the controversial surgery she had been advised to step away from. Says Jesse, “Jackson was like, ‘That’s f—ing awesome.’” http://www.fancast.com/blogs/matts-tv-ne...-and-lots-more/
Question: Could we have some Grey’s Anatomy scoop, please? —Katie Ausiello: The show’s big flashback episode — slated to air in February or March — will reveal the toll Ellis’ demanding career (as well as her affair with Richard) took on a 4-year-old Meredith. There’s also buzz that the episode will show us Bailey’s days as a Seattle Grace intern and introduce us to the Nazi supervisor who schooled her. http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/2009/12/16/a...cis-glee-bones/
Now that ‘Grey’s Anatomy’s’ Ellen Pompeo is back from maternity leave, are we going to see more Meredith and Derek interaction? – Lori Yes, though perhaps not as much as Derek would like. See, he’s still grappling with all this upheaval at Seattle Grace, but because of Mer’s ties to the Chief, McDreamy will need to bend someone else’s ear. “Derek feels like he’s kind of in a vacuum, and he needs another set of eyes on the problem,” Kevin McKidd told me. Said eyes belong to a certain redheaded war vet. Previewing the gents’ bonding experience, McKidd says, “Sometimes you need an outside view to determine if you’re on the right track or not, and Owen provides Derek that service in a way.”
I will trade you a hot kiss under the mistletoe for some good Cristina/Owen spoilers. Not vague spoilers, but good ones! – SaintDuchess via Twitter Due to overwhelming demand, I presented Kevin McKidd with that rumor making rounds, about something explosive awaiting your couple when ‘Grey’s’ returns on January 14. He confirmed that “in the next couple episodes there are some pretty explosive things that happen. Almost straight out of the gate, big things happen.” I asked KMK if these “things” were of a personal or professional nature. He spilled, “It’s kind of both” before shutting down for fear of retribution from boss lady Shonda Rhimes. Now take note, Kevin was being vague, not me. Is the kiss still on the table? http://www.fancast.com/blogs/matts-tv-ne...si-ny-and-more/
Donna: Scoop! Now! On Grey's Anatomy please...preferably Owen and Cristina? How about Cristina and Teddy? Don't worry, they aren't resurrecting the foiled plan from years ago I hinted at that Cristina (Sandra Oh) would be bisexual, but it sure sounds like Teddy and Cristina will have lots of fun stuff coming up. Kim Raver tells me, "There's an interesting scene where Teddy drunkenly reveals things about Cristina to Owen, and that's really fun. It was so great that they had her drunk, and Teddy just goes on and on and on. It was interesting."
Randall: Thanks for the scoop on Cristina and Owen in your Kim Raver story. I was surprised to hear you say that Kevin McKidd had dyed his hair. Is this for an upcoming storyline? No. His hair is actually blond! Weird, right?! He seems such a natural redhead.
Mega Buzz: Should I be worried about Mer and Der on Grey's Anatomy? — Ana ADAM: Rule No. 1 of marriage (Post It or otherwise): Never let slip something your spouse told you in confidence. Derek will learn that lesson the hard way when he blabs one of Meredith's secrets around the hospital. While Derek will definitely be in the doghouse, the secret's impact will be much more wide-ranging at Seattle Grace-Mercy West.
Ausiello: Question: What does Kim Raver’s promotion to series regular on Grey’s Anatomy mean for Owen and Cristina? —Jasmine Ausiello: More drama! Despite the emotional smackdown Owen dealt her in the last episode, “From Teddy’s point of view, it’s not over,” Raver tells me. “But what’s great about Teddy is she’s been in love with him when she was in Iraq and he was engaged and she never crossed that line; that’s who she is. Now he’s in love with Cristina, and Teddy has feelings towards Cristina by being her mentor. So that creates a lot of drama and comedy.” Further muddying up the unusual dynamic, an upcoming episode finds “Teddy giving Cristina this incredibly [difficult] surgery that she has to do on her own. What’s that about?”
Question: Now that Kim Raver is sticking around, when will we learn more about Teddy’s backstory? We know very little about her aside from her relationship with Owen. —Mark Ausiello: There’s a scene coming up at Joe’s where Teddy gets plastered and spills her guts to Owen. “A lot is revealed in the bar to Owen,” teases Raver.
Question: When is Katherine Heigl returning to Grey’s Anatomy? I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I miss Izzie. —Deb Ausiello: I’ve got good news and bad news. The good news: She’s back on Jan. 21. The bad news: That episode was shot pre-maternity leave, which means she’ll disappear again for another stretch.
Does Mark really hook up with Addison in this week’s ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘/’Private Practice‘ crossover? – Tasha The promos sure want us to think that, right? Add to that the fact that sources tell me Sam will have reason to “really show his jealousy” when the ex-lovers (ahem) “reunite.”
What are these rumors about Callie being sick on Grey's Anatomy!? — Jen ADAM: For the record: Callie is not dying. She just has chicken pox and will be nursed quickly back to health by Arizona. On the health front, though, we're hearing that Owen's post-traumatic stress disorder will flare up again. "We haven't seen much of it yet, but that doesn't go away," Kevin McKidd says. "My hope is that you see him be able to deal with it in a more self-sufficient and non-destructive way, since he's now acknowledged it. ... I think Teddy coming back churns up a lot of that stuff."
Scoops von Ausiello: Question: I am drinking a Diet Raspberry Snapple and thinking of you (in a non-stalker sort of way) and am hoping you might give me some Grey’s Anatomy scoop! —Lesley Ausiello: Mexie is M’over. The lovers will break things off this week, but it doesn’t really become official until next week when word of their respective dalliances comes to light. Interestingly, someone’s not as pissed off as I would’ve thought.
Question: When is Izzie returning to Grey’s Anatomy? —Jesse Ausiello: Katherine Heigl returns to the set in late February, so, by my guesstimation, we’ll see Izzie back on air in March or April. In related news, I want that schedule. I’ll even adopt a baby if that’s what it takes. http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/2010/01/13/a...ers-greys-glee/
Question: It’s looking more and more like they are paving the way for Katherine Heigl’s exit on Grey’s Anatomy. Do you know if she is going to stay or not? —Kate Ausiello: I don’t. And neither does Heigl. While I’m sure she’d love nothing more than to move on at the end of the season, the decision is not hers to make. Heigl’s got at least another year left on her Grey’s contract, so her fate rests with ABC and Shonda Rhimes. My gut, which has rarely steered me wrong in the past, tells me they’ll let her walk. http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/2010/01/21/a...ost-glee-bones/
Will Alex and Izzie on Grey's Anatomy get back together? — Paisley ADAM: After Alex hooked up with Lexie last week, all bets are off. But it seems his on-and-off thing with pediatrics might be back on again, thanks to a nudge from Arizona. "I finally bring Alex back in the fold," Jessica Capshaw tells us, adding that Arizona makes it her mission to prove working with kids isn't all fluff. "Anyone can operate on brains, but try and operate on baby brains," she says. "Arizona ends up advocating for Alex to find his way in peds and see if he can hack it. He has a very hardcore experience." http://www.spoilertv.com/2010/01/latest-...shows-20th.html
Hallo.
